Welcome to our new website, kindly hosted by Peter Nutt. Pete volunteered for this and we extend our thanks to him for this very valuable asset.
We want this website to be a success so please give any input you can. Photos, comments, etc. Remember without your input, it’s a wasted effort.

What’s happening in the North West…
Pete Cartner is having a well earned break off his reporting duties, so I hope my season opener meets approval 🙂 thanks, Pete Nutt
As the new year rolled in we already had quite a few events lined up for 2025 season. Unfortunately the combination of a strange mix of bad weather, followed by heavy freezing put pay to out Frostbite run to Healey Dell twice. I’m sure we will soon revisit one of our favorite venues.

Rocker box racing is scheduled for March 6th. Held at the group head quarters (LMRCA Stockport) plans for my entry ‘Furious ll’ are underway.
We now have a date for the St Georges day parade of 27th April, a big event with lots of clutch work! Hopefully the old jeep with whining release bearing is up to it.
Christine & I plan to hit as many summer events as possible this year.
Looking forward to Heywood (picture) my personal favorite, It’s got a big field, a parade, stalls for kids, a spitfire… what’s not to like. Another great day Glossop, unfortunately is not running this year, but returning to the calendar in 2026.
Damhouse 40’s Weekend (June), a new event at Astley, just down the East Lancs a bit, looks promising, looking forward to that one.

Don’t forget to visit the season again in the photo gallery here and all the seasons videos here
